Uber introduced the Uber One Membership Programme, tailored specifically for riders, in Bangladesh on Sunday for the first time, said a press release.
According to the press release, the programme would deliver exceptional savings and exclusive perks for the riders along with making daily travel more affordable and enjoyable for the riders.
Uber’s global membership programme would offer discounts and exclusive experiences for rides, helping members navigate everyday life more easily.
The membership is available at Tk 170 per month with auto renewal, said the press release, adding that Uber would also offer exciting launch period discounts on the monthly plan.
Moreover, members could also access exclusive savings and benefits, making it a smart choice for riders through the Uber One.
The Uber One members could enjoy up to 10 per cent credits on each ride, resulting in savings and perks, the press release also stated.
As a first-of-its-kind programme in the Bangladesh ridesharing market, Uber One would showcase Uber’s dedication to understanding local rider needs and delivering tailored, relevant benefits.
Commenting on the launch, Nasheed Ferdous Kamal, head of Uber Bangladesh, said that Uber One represents a unique membership experience that transforms everyday travel in Bangladesh.
‘By combining convenience, savings, and exclusive benefits, we’re enhancing our riders’ journeys and making every trip more rewarding,’ he added.
Uber One membership is available across all Uber ride options, including Uber X, X Priority, Premier, XL, Reserve, CNG and Bike, catering to diverse travel needs.
Riders can join Uber One directly through the latest version of the Uber app and start enjoying benefits instantly, the release added.
