Phoenix Finance and Investments Limited has held its 30th annual general meeting through hybrid system, said a press release.
The physical meeting took place at Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh premises in the capital on August 21.
Chairman Mohammed Mohsin presided over the meeting.
A large number of shareholders attended the meeting physically and virtually.
Among others, independent directors Rashna Imam, Brigadier General (retired) Mahbub Ahmed Zakaria, nominee director F Hayder Ali, managing director Md Mamunur Rashid Molla, deputy managing director Mohammad Sayduzzaman and company secretary Sabbirul Haque Chowdhury attended the AGM.
The shareholders attending the meeting approved all agenda and expressed their satisfaction with the performance of the company.
