SBAC Bank PLC on Tuesday held its 12th annual general meeting in a hybrid manner, said a press release.
Chairman Md Moklesur Rahman presided over the AGM held at RAOWA Convention Centre in the capital.
In the meeting, shareholders approved audited financial statements for the year ended 2024 and directors election, among other 7 general agenda.
Independent director and audit committee chairman Md Maksudur Rahman Sarker, director Mushfiqur Rahman, independent director Mohammad Moqbul Hossain Bhuiyan, Shariah supervisory committee chairman Md Abdur Razzak and managing director and chief executive officer (CC) Md Rabiul Islam were present in the meeting physically.
Meanwhile, DMDs Md Altaf Hossain Bhuyan, Md Nazimuddoula attended virtually.
Company secretary and executive vice-president Md Mokaddess Ali moderated the meeting.
