Global Islami Bank PLC on Tuesday held its 11th annual general meeting in a hybrid manner, said a press release.
Independent director and chairman Mohammad Nurul Amin presided over the meeting held at Kurmitola Golf Club in the capital.
Among others, independent director and vice-chairman Md Zamal Mollah, independent director and executive committee chairman Nurul Islam Khalifa, independent director Abu Hena Reza Hasan, independent director and audit committee chairman Md Mahamud Hosain, Shariah supervisory committee member secretary Mohammad Abdus Samad, managing director (current charge) Ataus Samad, deputy managing directors Sami Karim, AF Shabbir Ahmad and company secretary Md Manjur Hossain attended the meeting.
Shareholders and other officials of the bank were also present in the AGM.
