
Trust Bank and bKash have partnered to jointly introduce more financial services aimed at improving customer convenience and efficiency in digital transactions. Under this collaboration, customers will be able to open weekly and monthly Deposit Pension Schemes (DPS) with Trust Bank directly from the bKash app.
The partnership will also enable enhanced bank-to-bKash and bKash-to-bank fund transfers, direct payment facility from Trust Bank accounts via bKash app at over one million merchant points across the country, and 24/7 automated cash management for agents and distributors.
In the presence of Trust Bank managing director and CEO Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury and bKash founder and CEO Kamal Quadir, head of general service and security division of Trust Bank Brig Gen Md Mamun or Rashid (retd) and chief commercial officer of bKash Ali Ahmmed exchanged the agreement at a city hotel recently.
Trust Bank and bKash have already been offering joint services including the Trust Cum Settlement Account, Add Money, Transfer Money, and Remittance Settlement. With the new initiatives, over 80 million bKash customers will be able to open DPS in Trust Bank through bKash app.
Besides, various integrated services will be added to the Trust Bank and bKash Fund Transfer services, making customer transactions easier and more convenient overall. In addition, more than 350,000 bKash agents across the country will get benefit from Trust Bank鈥檚 24-hour cash management system.
