National Bank PLC on Wednesday organised its regional business conference in Chattogram, said a press release.
Managing director Adil Chowdhury was present as chief guest at the event held at Ambrosia Restaurant in the port city.
Among others, deputy managing director Syed Rois Uddin, DMD (in-charge) Md Meshkat-ul-Anwar Khan, senior vice-president and regional manager (Chattogram) ASM Helal Uddin and senior vice president Mohammad Towhidul Karim were present.
Branch managers of the bank鈥檚 19 branches in the Chattogram region, corporate branch managers, operations managers and sub-branch managers were also present.
The conference reviewed performance of the corporate and other branches in the Chattogram region.
Speaking on the occasion, Adil Chowdhury said, 鈥楢t the branch level, we must prioritise proper risk management, cautious loan disbursement, reduction of non-performing loans, and growth of deposits.
