National Bank PLC and Mastercard Bangladesh on Sunday organised an event to honour the top credit card users of ‘Mastercard Holiday Campaign 2025,’ said a press release.
NBPLC chairman Abdul Awal Mintoo was present as chief guest.
NBPLC managing director Adil Chowdhury presided over the programme held at the bank’s head office.
At the event, top credit card users were presented with awards and certificates of appreciation.
Among others, Mastercard Bangladesh country manager Syed Mohammad Kamal was present.
In his speech, Abdul Awal Mintoo said, ‘The relationship between a bank and its customers is not limited to financial transactions. It is a bond built on trust, responsibility and mutual respect. Today’s recognition is a celebration of that relationship.’
Syed Mohammad Kamal, said, ‘In Bangladesh, Mastercard began its journey through National Bank cards. To this day, National Bank has been with us. This is a source of both joy and pride for us.’
