Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC on Wednesday held its 434th board meeting at Six Seasons hotel in the capital, said a press release.
Chairman Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting.
The overall business performance of the bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were taken at the meeting.
Among others, directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Mohammad Asraful Hassan, managing director (current charge) Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan and company secretary (acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman were present at the meeting.
