Md Mofizur Rahman has been re-elected chairman of Provati Insurance PLC, said a press release.
The company鈥檚 board of directors took the decision at its 141st meeting on Sunday.
In the meeting, Maruf Sattar Ali was re-elected vice-chairman of the company.
Later on the day, Provati Insurance held its 29th annual general meeting on digital platform and approved a 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2024.
Md Mofizur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Board of directors鈥� report, auditor鈥檚 report and audited accounts for the financial year ended 2024 were approved in the meeting.
