Pubali Bank PLC on Sunday donated a bus to Sylhet Agricultural University under its corporate social responsibility, said a press release.
PBPLC managing director and chief executive officer Mohammad Ali handed over the key to Sylhet Agricultural University vice-chancellor Md Alimul Islam at a function held at the university premises.
Sylhet Agricultural University director of transport Sultan Ahmed presided over the ceremony.
Sylhet Agricultural University treasurer ATM Mahbub-e-Elahi, student adviser Mohammad Samiul Ahsan Talucder, proctor Jasim Uddin Ahmed and PBPLC Sylhet Principal Office general manager Chowdhury Md Shofiul Hassan were present as special guests.
Among others, PBPLC Sylhet West region head Muhammed Moshahidullah, Sylhet East region head Fazlul Kabir Chowdhury, Moulvibazar region head Md Moshfiqur Rahman and Habiganj region head Abu Hasan Mohammad Kamruzzaman were present.
Earlier, Mohammad Ali inaugurated the bank鈥檚 banking booth and planted tree at Sylhet Agricultural University.
