Standard Bank PLC on July 31 held its 415th board meeting at its head office in the capital, said a press release.
Chairman Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting.
Among others, vice-chairman AKM Abdul Alim, director and founder vice chairman Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, directors Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, SAM Hossain, Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Gulzar Ahmed, Ferdous Ali Khan were present.
Independent director Golam Hafiz Ahmed, managing director and chief executive officer Md Habibur Rahman, deputy managing director Md Siddiqur Rahman and company secretary Md Mizanur Rahman were present in the meeting.
