Modhumoti Bank PLC on Monday approved 15 per cent cash dividend for shareholders for the year 2024, said a press release.
The bank made the decision during its 12th annual general meeting held at Sheraton Dhaka.
Chairman Humayun Kabir presided over the meeting.
Among others, executive committee chairman Salahuddin Alamgir, risk management committee chairman Mostafa Kamal and managing director and chief executive officer Md Shafiul Azam were present.
The meeting also approved audited financial statements along with Directors鈥� Report for the year 2024.
