Banglalink, one of Bangladesh’s leading digital operators, has celebrated its 20th anniversary by reaffirming its commitment to customer-centric values.

On the occasion, Banglalink took its oldest customers, who have been with the telco since day one, to the beautiful shores of Cox’s Bazar along with their loved ones. There, with the leadership team, they exchanged stories, shared laughter, and reminisced about their journey with this network.


Banglalink employees personally called customers, appreciating their loyalty, trust, and the years they have spent with the operator. Banglalink even surprised some of its customers with in-person visits and exclusive events where they were warmly recognised.
