Malaysian National Shippers Council chairman Dato’ Nathan K Suppiah hosted a luncheon and bi-lateral meeting for Shippers’ Council of Bangladesh’s visiting eight-member delegation, led by chairman Md Rezaul Karim on Sunday, said a press release.
SCB senior vice-chairman Md Ariful Ahsan, vice-chairman Ganesh Chandra Saha, directors Arzu Rahman Bhuiyan, Syed Md Bakhtiar, Md Nurussafa Babu, Ziaul Islam, Ataur Rahman Khan and Lokapriya Barua were present.
MNSC held the meeting at Melia Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The meeting discussed opportunities for cooperation in the interest of exporters and importers of the two regions, trade facilitation, shipping and port connectivity, cost structure as business leaders from their respective countries.
