Md Sayedul Alam has been appointed as managing director and chief executive officer of Summit LNG Terminal Co (Pvt) Limited, also called SLNG, said a press release.
Since 2018, he has been instrumental in the success of the SLNG project. As project director, he led development and commissioning of offshore terminal in Moheshkhali, Cox鈥檚 Bazar. Prior to this appointment, he served as terminal manager.
He holds a BSc in marine engineering from Bangladesh Marine Academy and an MBA from Murdoch University, Australia.
