Eastland Insurance PLC on Monday held its 38th annual general meeting in a hybrid manner, said a press release.
Chairman Mahbubur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Shareholders approved total 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2024 for public shareholders only, except sponsors and board members, as recommended by the company鈥檚 board. They also approved appointment of both statutory auditor and corporate governance compliance auditors for the year 2025.
Among others, chief executive officer Mohammed Salim was present. Shareholders joined the AGM virtually.
