A delegation from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh, led by its president Mahtab聽Uddin Ahmed, on Monday met with commerce adviser Sk Bashir Uddin at the latter鈥檚 office, a press release said.
Other members of ICMAB team included vice-president Md Kausar Alam, secretary Hasnain Thoufiq Ahmed and executive director Md Mahbub-Ul-Alam.
During the meeting, the ICMAB delegation shared updates on the institute鈥檚 recent initiatives and discussed various issues concerning promotion and development of cost and management accounting profession in Bangladesh. The delegation sought the ministry鈥檚 support to enhance the role of CMAs in national economic growth.
