United Finance PLC held its 36th annual general meeting on June 24 in a hybrid manner, said a press release.
Shareholders approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2024 in the AGM.
Among others, chairman Najmul Hasan, directors Moinuddin Hasan Rashid, Mahenoor Sultana Rashid, Khondaker Zayed Ahsan, Kayes Khalil Khan, Ormaan Rafay Nizam, independent directors Mahfuzul Hoque, Mohammad Omar Farooq, Md Jahidur Rahman and managing director Mohammad Rafiqul Islam were present.
