Sonali Bank PLC on Sunday organised a meeting for the 2024-25 financial year on grievance redress management to implement Annual Performance Agreement 2024-25, said a press release.
General manager Md Abdul Kuddus presided over the meeting held at the bank鈥檚 head office in the capital.
Deputy managing director Shamim Uddin Ahmed was present as chief guest.
Deputy managing directors, general managers and related executives of head office attended the meeting.
