Pubali Bank PLC on Wednesday virtually held its 42nd annual general meeting, said a press release.
Chairman Monzurur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Shareholders approved 12.50 per cent cash dividend and 12.50 per cent stock dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024 in the AGM.
Among others, directors Moniruddin Ahmed, Habibur Rahman, M Kabiruzzaman Yaqub, Azizur Rahman, Md Abdur Razzak Mondal, Rana Laila Hafiz, Mustafa Ahmed, Arif Ahmed Choudhury, independent director Mohammad Naushad Ali Chowdhury, managing director and chief executive officer Mohammad Ali, CFO and GM Mohammad Liton Miah and company secretary and GM Md Anisur Rahman were present.
