Bank Asia PLC on Tuesday held its 26th annual general meeting in a hybrid manner, said a press release.
Chairman Romo Rouf Chowdhury presided over the meeting.
Shareholders approved 10 per cent cash dividend and 10 per cent stock dividend for the year 2024.
Among others, vice-chairperson Zakia Rouf Chowdhury, executive committee chairman Rumee A Hossain, audit committee and risk management committee chairman MA Baqui Khalily, directors Romana Rouf Chowdhury, Farhana Haq, Md Abul Quasem, Nafees Khundker, Sabeth Nayeem Choudhury, Farzana Khan, managing director Sohail RK Hussain and company secretary (acting) Zahid Hasanalong joined the AGM.
