Heidelberg Materials Bangladesh PLC on Monday held its 36th annual general meeting in a hybrid manner, said a press release.
Director Md Emdadul Haque presided over the meeting. Among others, managing director Ong Kian Hock Terence and company secretary Md Saikat Khan were present.
During the meeting, audited financial statements for the period ending December 31, 2024 and 25 per cent cash dividend for each share valued at Tk 10 were approved.
