NRBC Bank PLC successfully held its Strategic Business Conference-2025 at a hotel in Dhaka on Saturday.
The daylong event was inaugurated by the chairman of the board of directors, Md Ali Hossain Prodhania and presided over by Md Touhidul Alam Khan, managing director and CEO of the Bank.
Independent directors Md Abul Bashar and Md Nurul Haque, Risk Management Committee chairman Md Anwar Hossain, Audit Committee chairman Muhammad Emdad Ullah were also present.
Held under the theme 鈥楾ogether Towards Excellence鈥�, the conference brought together senior leadership from across the organisation including deputy managing directors, heads of divisional and regional heads as well as all branch and sub-branch managers.
Chairman Md Ali Hossain Prodhania emphasised the board鈥檚 commitment to establish corporate governance and regulatory compliance across all levels of the Bank.
Touhidul Alam Khan reiterated the bank鈥檚 unwavering focus on compliance and operational excellence. 鈥楾he directives and objectives set by the Board are to be implemented with full accountability,鈥� he said.
