AKM Mizanur Rahman has recently been elected as chairman of audit committee of NRB Bank PLC鈥檚 board of directors, said a press release.
He is also independent director of Standard Ceramic Industries Limited. He also served in the same post for Padma Islami Life Insurance Co Limited, Beach Hatchery Limited and Gemini Sea Food Limited.
He completed his chartered accountancy qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and earned his bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Dhaka.
He is managing partner of Shafiq Mizan Rahman & Augustine, Chartered Accountants.
