Uttara Bank PLC declared 35 per cent dividends — 17.50 per cent cash and 17.50 per cent stock — for the year 2024 and passed its Annual Report-2024 along with the profit and loss account in its 42nd annual general meeting held on Monday digitally, said a press release.
Chairman Azharul Islam presided over the meeting.
Among others, vice-chairman Iftekharul Islam and managing director and chief executive officer (acting) Maksudul Hasan attended the meeting.
The shareholders connected digitally expressed their satisfaction on the overall development of the bank.
