Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited held its Business Conference-2025 on Saturday at Hotel Sky City in Dhaka.
Md Ataur Rahman, chairman of the board of directors of the bank, was present as the chief guest in the conference.
Md Mohasin Miah, chairman of the executive committee, Shaikh Ashafuzzaman, chairman of the Audit Committee, and Mohammad Ziaul Karim, deputy managing director, were present as special guests.
Mohammed Mosharaf Hossain, managing director and CEO of the bank, presided over the programme.
All branch managers, sub-branch in-charges, divisional heads of the head office and other officials participated in the conference.
The programme evaluated and analysed the progress of all business targets (deposits, loans and advances, profit and loss, loan recovery, import and export, remittance) of the participating branches and sub-branches as of December 2024, as well as the work plan for 2025 and the outline of achieving business targets.
The chairman, in his speech, instructed all concerned to ensure the best customer service to achieve the overall goals of the bank. He also advised everyone to work together to deliver all types of services of the bank to the doorstep of the customers.
Executive Committee chairman gave the necessary strategies and directions to achieve all the desired targets of 2025, including giving utmost importance on deposit collection as well as non-funded business.
