Standard Chartered Bangladesh and Bidyanondo Foundation have recently partnered to provide healthcare services to over 2,41,600聽 people from char and other hard-to-reach areas through Jibon Kheya floating hospital initiative, said a press release.
The floating hospital will travel by rivers, service patients and host health camps in Khulna, Barishal, Rajshahi, Rangpur and Chattogram. Doctors, nurses, medical officers, pharmacists, and other healthcare personnel will be aboard the vessel.
