Masud Khan has recently been appointed as independent director of BAT Bangladesh, a press release said.
He is serving as chief adviser to the board of MI Cement Factory Limited (Crown Cement), chairman of Unilever Consumer Care Limited and independent director at Marico Bangladesh and Singer Bangladesh.
He also chairs audit committees of Berger Paints and Singer Bangladesh and previously served as chief financial officer of LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited.
He is a former employee of BAT Bangladesh and held multiple key positions within the company.
