
As part of his public diplomacy efforts, chief adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus will deliver a special speech at Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs on Wednesday.
He is expected to deliver his address at Main Hall of Chatham House between 11.00am-12.00pm London time.
The session will be recorded, live streamed, and partially open to media, according to the programme schedule of the chief adviser.
The Bangladesh chief adviser will join a reception hosted by Chatham House in his honour.
In the evening, he will join a dinner hosted by King Charles III on the occasion of the 35th Anniversary of The King鈥檚 Foundation. The event will be held at St James鈥檚 Palace in London.
Professor Yunus is now in London on a four-day official visit aiming to enhance bilateral relations.
In a significant recognition of his global contributions, Professor Yunus has been nominated by King Charles III for the King Charles III Harmony Award 2025, honouring his lifelong work to promote peace, sustainability, and harmony between people and the environment.
The award will be conferred at a formal ceremony at St James鈥檚 Palace in London on June 12.
Established in 1990, The King鈥檚 Foundation, a UK-based charity founded by then Prince of Wales, bestows the prestigious award annually on individuals with exemplary achievements in sustainable development and humanitarian causes.
The chief adviser is expected to return home on June 14.
