Footballers from South Asian Football Federation member countries will be able to register as local players in the next edition of the Bangladesh Premier League, according to the Bangladesh Football Federation鈥檚 professional football league committee meeting on Thursday.
The meeting also agreed that the BFF would allow each club to register five foreign players while making registration of five age-level local players necessary for each club team.
Furthermore, three foreign players will be permitted in the starting eleven, with one age-level local player required in the same eleven for each match.
The meeting also decided that no members of the BFF executive committee, standing committee, or ad hoc committee will be allowed to sit on any team鈥檚 bench while a recorder will be installed in the dugout.
