Forward Dipok Roy scored the solitary goal in Police Football Club鈥檚 victory over defending champions Bashundhara Kings in their return leg tie of the Bangladesh Premier League at the Kings Arena in the city on Friday.聽

Dipok netted the match-winner in the 50th minute for Police FC, who had suffered a 5-0 defeat to the five-time title winners Kings in their first leg tie.聽


In the other match of the day, league leaders Mohammedan Sporting Club defeated the already relegated Chittagong Abahani 4-1 at the Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Cumilla.聽

Meanwhile, Brothers Union staged a comeback with a 4-1 victory over Fakirerpool Young Men鈥檚 Club at the Shaheed Barkat Stadium in Gazipur.聽

In Cumilla, Nigerian forward Emmanuel Sunday scored a brace (45th, 60th), while Malian forward Souleymane Diabate (29th) and Uzbekistani midfielder Muzaffarov (46th) each scored once.
