Unidentified attackers set a bus on fire in the Dhanmondi area of Dhaka on Monday evening, causing panic among commuters and local residents.
The bus, according to a witness, belonged to Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology and was set ablaze near Lab Aid Hospital.
Firefighters rushed to the scene and successfully extinguished the fire, preventing further damage and injuries.
Besides, two other buses were set on fire in the Merul Badda and Shahjadpur areas of Dhaka earlier in the day.
