Four superintendents of police have been promoted to deputy inspector general.
The Public Security Division under the home ministry issued a notification in this regard on Thursday.
They are 鈥� Md Shahrier, superintendent of Anti-Terrorism unit, Mohammad Abdul Kader, superintendent of SB police, Masum Billah Talukdar, special superintendent of CID and Md Jannatul Hasan.
