A social welfare club of American International University – Bangladesh, Shomoy, has recently organised an event titled Rongin Shomoy 2025 for the underprivileged children at the Kathpencil Pathshala at Tejgaon in Dhaka.
With the support of the AIUB Office of Student Affairs, AIUB founder member and board of trustees’ chairman Nadia Anwar inaugurated the programme, said a press release on Monday.
The event was also graced by AIUB proctor Professor Manzur H Khan.
The day was filled with cultural performances, painting sessions, fun activities and distribution of colourful custom-made dresses, school bags and stationery materials among the students of Kathpencil Pathshala.
