Human right activists, national minority leaders and professionals on Monday at a discussion in Dhaka city said that Manabendra Narayan Larma fought lifelong for establishing the rights of the national minorities.聽
They called on the national minorities to follow the ideals of MN Larma for establishing their rights in the Chattogram Hill Tracts.
The committee to observe birth anniversary of Manabendra Narayan Larma organised the event at Bishwa Sahitiya Kendra where human rights activist Zakir Hossain chaired.
Zakir Hossain said that MN Larma wanted to maintain peace in the Chittagong Hill Tracts.
Writer Pavel Partha, journalist Ehsan Mahmud, national minority leaders Dipayon Khisha,聽 Mainthin Promila, Aung Shoea Singh and others spoke at the discussion.
