The police in the ongoing countrywide anti-criminal crackdown to maintain law and order arrested 1,815 more crime suspects in the past 24 hours on Wednesday.
According to Police Headquarters, 1,252 of them were apprehended in previous cases and pending warrants and 562 others were nabbed on various criminal charges.
A foreign revolver and one Burmese knife were seized during the operation.
