Major General Md Habib Ullah has been transferred from the Bangladesh Army and placed at the disposal of the foreign affairs ministry for posting as an ambassador on deputation.
The public administration ministry issued a gazette notification to effect on August 28.
The public administration ministry鈥檚 joint secretary Abul Hayat Md Rafiq singed the official order with immediate effect.聽
