Bangladesh University of Professionals hosted a three-day conference titled BUP International Model United Nations Conference-2025 concluded at the Swadhinata Auditorium of BUP in Dhaka on Friday.
The faculty of security and strategic studies and the BUP Global Affairs Council organised the event to boost the relations among students from various universities through diplomacy learning and practical experience, said a press release.聽
Around 274 students, along with representatives from different universities, actively participated in the conference.
The three-day event included 17 sessions with 2 plenary sessions and multiple committee meetings that simulated the activities of the United Nations.
It provided students with a platform to enhance their leadership skills, negotiation abilities and global awareness.
BUP high officials, faculty members, participants, and invited guests were also present at the programme.
