The 17th anniversary of death of engineer of PWD and social worker Shamsul Hoque Mojumder will be observed today.
On this occasion, special prayers will be held at several mosques, including Amjad Mojumder Bari Jame Masjid, Hosne Ara Bulbul Hifzul Qur鈥檃n, Wadarul Orphanage Mosque, Al-Haj Shamsul Haque Mojumder Jame Masjid, Purba Debpur Patuabari Jame Masjid at Amjadhat union under Phulgazi in Feni, said a press release.
Friends, relatives and well-wishers of Shamsul Hoque Mojumder are requested to attend the special prayers to pray for divine salvation of the deceased.
Shamsul Hoque Mojumder is father of Zakir Hossain Mojumder, BJMC retired engineer, and Ferdous Alam Mojumder, chairman and managing director of Frontline Communications Limited.
