The ‘Ninth Internship Orientation Programme-2024’ was held at the faculty of animal science and veterinary medicine of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University on Tuesday.

The chief guest at the event was Professor Md Abdul Latif, vice-chancellor of university, while SAU reasurer Professor Muhammad Abul Bashar was present as special guest, said a press release.


Two industrial organisations, ACI Animal Health and The ACME Laboratories, sponsored the event.

ACI animal health head of business Mohammad Amjad Hossain and The ACME Laboratories sales manager (Vet) Md Julhas Uddin spoke at the programme.

The day-long programme, moderated by Rupsana Parveen Barsha, distributed internship materials to the students and a special session on ‘AgroVet Product’ was held.

The session was coordinated by Md Mohabbat Ali and Md Sharifa Jahan. The dean of the faculty of animal science and veterinary medicine Professor Md Jahangir Alam presided over it.
