Dhaka metropolitan magistrate Md Sefatullah passed the order as police produced him before the court.

Investigation officer Muhammad Alamgir Sarkar of the International Crimes Tribunal probe body pleaded to show him arrested in the case and keep him behind bars.

A team of detective branch of police arrested Shachin on August 21 from Mohalchhari in Khagrachhari, where he was serving with the Armed Police Battalion.
