Two unidentified people were killed and another was injured when a private car crashed into the divider of Mohakhali flyover in Amtoli area of Mohakhali on Saturday.
The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
Quoting witnesses, police said that the accident took place at about 2:30am when the private car crashed into the divider, leaving three people injured.
One of the injured was taken to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital where doctors declared him dead at about 4:45am, said inspector Md Faruk, in-charge of Dhaka Medical College and Hospital Police camp.
Meanwhile, another victim, aged about 40, died at Kurmitola General Hospital on Saturday afternoon.
