Politician, social worker and writer Md Abdul Bari Sheikh died at Labaid Hospital at Dhanmondi in Dhaka on Sunday.
He was 76, said a press release.
Abdul Bari Sheikh was father of Bedoura Farhana, head of marketing and communications, Singer Bangladesh.
