A Bawm youth died in Chattogram Jail Custody in the early hours of Thursday after falling ill.
Vanlal Rual, 35, died at the Chattogram Medical College Hospital, said Chattogram jail super Iqbal Hossain.
鈥榃e took him to the hospital after falling ill at about 2:00am on Thursday. He had low pressure and felt ill in the jail,鈥� he said, adding that the body would be handed over to the family after post-mortem examinations.
