At least three people were killed in separate road accidents in Narail and Sirajganj on Thursday.
A couple was killed as a sand-laden trolley collided head-on with an easy bike on a road at Talbaria in Narail鈥檚 Kalia on Thursday, reported 抖阴精品 correspondent in Jashore. The deceased were Abu Zafar, 72, and his wife Marzina Begum, 62.
Naragati police station officer-in-charge Ashikur Rahman said that people of the area took the couple to the Kalia Upazila Health Complex where duty doctors declared them dead.
Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha reported that a man was killed in an accident when a Bogura-bound bus hit a motorbike at Bhuiyagati under Raiganj in in Sirajganj.
The deceased, Khagendranath Mahato, hailed from Uttar Faridpur village of Raiganj.
The police sent the body to Raiganj Upazila Health Complex morgue for autopsy and seized the bus.
