Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin, a flagship brand of Meghna Group of Industries has launched a special online video campaign on the occasion of Menstrual Hygiene Day.

Released on May 28, the OVC, featuring actress and Fresh Anonna brand ambassador Bidya Sinha Saha Mim, is now available on the Fresh Anonna official Facebook page and other social media platforms.


The OVC inspires to break taboos and social stigmas and normalise dialogue around menstruation. To encourage spreading awareness and amplify the message, Fresh Anonna has also took a unique initiative. For every share of the OVC, one pack of Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkins will be donated to underprivileged women, according to a press release issued on Tuesday.

Fresh Anonna is the first and only sanitary napkin brand in Bangladesh to feature double-layered advanced absorption technology. It takes different initiatives to promote menstrual hygiene awareness among underprivileged women across the country. These include nationwide awareness campaigns in schools, colleges, and universities, the installation of sanitary napkin vending machines etc.
