The railway police in Dhaka in a drive arrested mugger Yasin and his three associates in Dhaka on Saturday night.
The police also recovered two mobile phone sets and a knife from their possession, said a press release on Sunday.
The muggers forcibly snatched mobile phones and money from some passengers of the Egaro Sindur Godhuli train on its way from Airport Railway Station to Kamalapur Railway Station at about 5:00pm on the day.
Upon receiving the news, a special team of railway police conducted a special operation and arrested Yasin.
Based on the information provided by him, the police arrested the accomplices of him Md Hridoy, Hridoy and Md Fahim.
Legal action is under process in this regard, said the press release.
