Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority managing director Md Fazlur Rahman visited multiple mods and revenue zones on Saturday and Sunday to inquire about customer complaints.
During the visit, he checked the complaint registrar at the office of the zonal executive engineer and wanted to know what complaints were received from respected customers there and what steps were taken in that regard. He also instructed the responsible officers to provide regular reports to all zones on the complaints received in the office of the managing director every weekend and the measures taken.
Fazlur Rahman visited Mods and Revenue Zone-2 in Old Dhaka, Mods and Revenue Zone-4 adjacent to Mirpur-1 Bangla College and Mods and Revenue Zone-10 in the two days. He said that he would visit all the 10 zones in phases.
