The residences of former minister Amir Hossain Amu and former chief whip Abul Hasanat Abdullah were demolished by protesters in Barishal on early Thursday.
At about12:45am, a group of demonstrators used a bulldozer to bring down Hasanat Abdullah鈥檚 house on Kali Bari Road before moving to Amir Hossain Amu鈥檚 residence on Bogura Road.
The protesters broke through the entrance and almost razed the structure to the ground.
