Among the artworks, the exhibition is featuring 42 metal, 51 watercolours, one stone sculpture and six paintings created with acrylic on canvas inspired from his sculptures.
Inaugurated by eminent painter Monirul Islam and moderated by director general of the Bengal Foundation Luva Nahid Choudhury, architect Mustapha Khalid Palash was present as special guest at the inaugural ceremony.
Luva Nahid Choudhury mentioned that after a long hiatus of 22 years, the Bengal Foundation organised Hamiduzzaman’s exhibition.
‘I urge the parents to bring their children to visit the exhibition. I hope the artworks of Hamiduzzaman will inspire them a lot,’ she said. Â
